Terms & Conditions:

1. Strider will provide access to the Florist 2.0 site, hosting & support
2. Client agrees to only use  images and text for which they have an appropriate license (includes catalogue items & content pages)
3. Subscription payments will be made on the first of each month via the client's preferred billing method (Credit card, PayPal, Cheque)
4. Strider will provide support via forums, online help desk and online instruction, and emergency support by phone
5. Contract termination requires 30 days notice
6. Setup fees are non-refundable
7. Product images will remain the property of the copyright holder
8. Content will remain the property of the client
9. Software applications remain the property of Strider Inc. or the relevant third party developer
10. Additional marketing and design services will be billed as additional charges
